Replify.ink ("we", "our", or "us") provides a Google Business Profile review management service. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

1. Information we collect

When you connect your Google account to Replify, we collect:

Your name and email address (from your Google account)
OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens to access your Google Business Profile
Google Business Profile data including reviews and business information

2. How we use your information

Access your Google Business Profile reviews on your behalf
Generate and post professional responses to your reviews
Provide reporting and analytics about your reviews
Contact you about your account and service updates

3. Google API data

Replify uses Google OAuth 2.0 to access your Google Business Profile. We request the minimum permissions necessary. We do not access Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, or any other Google service. We do not sell or share your Google data with third parties.

4. Data storage and security

Your data is stored securely on our servers with appropriate technical and organisational measures. Access tokens are stored encrypted and used solely to interact with the Google Business Profile API on your behalf.

5. Data retention

We retain your data for as long as you have an active account. You may request deletion at any time by contacting hello@replify.ink.

6. Revoking access

You can revoke Replify's access at any time via Google Account Permissions.

7. Third-party services

Google APIs — to access Google Business Profile data
Anthropic Claude API — to generate review responses
Stripe — for payment processing (we do not store card details)

8. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Contact us at hello@replify.ink.

9. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy and will notify you of significant changes by email.
