Welcome to Replify.ink. By using our service, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. The service

Replify.ink provides a Google Business Profile review management service. We respond to customer reviews on your behalf using AI, within the guidelines you provide.

2. Account and access

You must be the owner or authorised manager of the Google Business Profile you connect
You must grant Replify access via Google OAuth
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

3. Your responsibilities

You have legal authority to manage the Google Business Profile you connect
Review responses comply with Google's policies
You will not use Replify for any unlawful purpose
You will notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account

4. Review responses

Replify generates review responses using AI. You acknowledge that you are ultimately responsible for all content posted on your Google Business Profile and that we are not liable for any consequences arising from review responses posted on your behalf.

5. Payment and billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly
Payments are processed securely through Stripe
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date
We do not store your payment card information

6. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months except where required by law.

7. Service availability

We aim to provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Replify.ink shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may terminate at any time by contacting hello@replify.ink.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms and will notify you of significant changes by email. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain.
